What is 'All Things Identity'?

People are going through their own major life challenges and changes all the time, through which, we may lose ourselves. We can come through the other side and feel our identity has been shattered in to a thousand pieces.
The purpose of this podcast is to showcase those who have faced challenges or adversity, who have come through the other side, and can share the actions they took to rediscover who they are today and discuss what they have learned about themselves and the additional resources they never knew they had.

Podcast Objectives:

To help people who are experiencing their own shifts in circumstance (positive or otherwise) and to understand they are not alone.
Creating awareness by sharing stories and experiences of diverse change and yet all resulting, in a sense of identity confusion.
Showcasing how life change and this process can show a person undiscovered positive, traits and life skills despite any trauma they may have faced.

Who is the host, Carina Harvey?

Carina Harvey is a Personal Identity Coach. She helps clients who have experienced life changes and adversity, who are now struggling with loss of identity, helping them to rediscover their purpose, develop their mindset, and embrace their unique style.
As an experienced HR executive, qualified coach, and CIPD chartered professional in people and career development, Carina has also struggled with, and restored her own sense of identity after a number of life changes experienced.
