My work moves you from questioning yourself to backing yourself, and from performing to being. It changes how you feel about yourself, how you show up for yourself, and how you show up as yourself.

FOREVER CURIOUS STUDENT WITH A GROWTH MINDSET.
I came to formal study later in life, and it was entirely intentional. Every discipline since has added another layer. Every country, every person, every conversation too. Growth is not a destination. It is simply how I move through life.

Grounded, rational and deliberate at my core, whilst led by curiosity, deeper meaning and a resilient, determined energy. It's why I can hold space calmly and still push you toward the truth. My Journey & Beliefs
The short version is this. I have had to find my way back to myself more times than I can count. Across decades, countries, losses, reinventions, and versions of myself that no longer fit. Life has not been without its challenges, personal, professional, and everything in between. But every single one of them eventually pointed me back to the same place. Every experience was intended for me, happening for me. And it is these experiences that led me to my life's purpose: this identity work.
For me, identity has always shown in how I express it. As a child, while others played mum, I played dress up, and my great nan was the one person who encouraged it. But growing up, I did everything I could to blend in. I didn't want to look different. It was only as an adult that I began to express who I am through style, and later trained in it.
Yet my career was built on people: understanding them, developing them and leading them. Over twenty years in corporate leadership, people development, and complex organisational change, coaching and interviewing hundreds of leaders across five continents, alongside a Master's in Human Resource Management and formal training in coaching and human behaviour, gave me a systemic understanding of how people work, and a breadth of perspective that no single discipline could have produced.
Every practice, every framework, every question I bring to the people I work with has been tested on myself first. That is the only kind of work I know how to do, and it has led me to these core beliefs:
You are in essence. You are in evolution.
There is a version of you that has always been there, and a version still becoming. Both are true.
The feeling that something is off is not a flaw. It is a signal.
It is your identity asking to be heard.
Self-trust and self-direction are needed more than ever.
Addressed in you, it changes what becomes possible for all of us.
Not everything is happening to you. It is happening for you.
Every difficult chapter has been curriculum, not a detour.
Every lifetime comes with lessons and purpose already mapped.
Identifying the lesson doesn't complete it. Living it does.
When you are clear on who you are, everything else begins to align.
