Carina's Early Life & Transformation
Raised by a single parent, Carina faced early challenges including parental illness, losing her mother in her teens, and severe bullying — experiences that left her questioning her self-worth and masking her true self to feel accepted.
Even during those years, her natural love of style and interiors was clear. From only ever wanting new outfits for her Barbie dolls, to hours spent designing looks on her fashion wheel and decorating the interiors of her Barbie home, creativity and self-expression became her way of shaping identity and making sense of the world around her.
Determined to succeed, she built a confident exterior, but later realised authentic presence comes from alignment, not performance. Her successful corporate career in sales, HR, coaching, and leadership came with qualifications in people development and coaching (including NLP and Life Purpose), but life events such as redundancy, divorce, and relocation forced her to rebuild. She redefined her values, embraced the evolving nature of identity, and stepped fully into who she truly was.
Seeing the same struggles in others, Carina began helping people align their inner identity with their goals and ambitions, outer presence in style, leadership, and communication, so they could lead with integrity, clarity, and confidence. Her work bridges the gap between appearance and authenticity, empowering individuals and businesses to consult with confidence, communicate with emotional intelligence, and perform from the inside out.
At the heart of her mission is lasting transformation — where authenticity is the catalyst, and collaboration and success are the outcome.
Carina's Professional Journey
Carina didn’t take the conventional career path. After losing her mum as a teenager, university wasn’t an option at the time, so she went straight into work, at one point juggling four jobs. Those early years developed her determination, resilience, work ethic, and the ability to show up with presence even in uncertainty.
Her career began in sales and recruitment before moving into banking, where she transitioned into HR and talent, joining as the first hire of a new team and building an in-house talent function from the ground up. She later managed streams of global talent programmes, supported high-impact international initiatives, and created legal and process-driven people frameworks and strategies.
Carina designed and delivered coaching around sales influence, relationship and people management, becoming an internal coach well before she held a formal qualification. Later, she returned to education, earning a Master’s in HR Management and becoming a Chartered Professional in People Development.
Her corporate work also saw her manage high-stakes contract negotiations while navigating emotionally complex people challenges — a space where confidence, communication, and human behaviour meet. It’s this experience that shaped her belief: true performance isn’t just about strategy; it’s built on trust, authenticity, open communication, and human connection.
After relocating overseas, Carina trained in NLP, Life Purpose, and Transformational Coaching alongside qualifying as a Fashion Stylist — combining creativity with corporate insight. Through this, she discovered the power of aligning identity with presence, performance, and style to create measurable transformation.
Today, Carina juggles her own business, personal brand, podcast, writing for several acclaimed publications and partnering on other business initiatives.
