It gives you a clear, honest picture of who you're becoming, your highest self, and what it actually takes to get there. And it moves you toward a deeper connection to source, to your own intuition, to a way of seeing life through love, joy, and peace rather than fear.
But none of that is something that just arrives. It's built in the practice you return to, and that same practice turns self-trust from something you reach for under pressure into something that's simply and intrinsically already there.
I am Carina Harvey, and I work with entrepreneurs, leaders, and people rebuilding after change, and the organisations they lead, at the point where something fundamental is asking to be understood.
Over twenty years in corporate leadership, people development, and complex organisational change, alongside formal training in coaching methods, human behaviour, personnel and human resources, personal styling and interior design, taught me one thing above everything else: when you are clear on who you are, everything else begins to align.
How you show up. How you make decisions. How you set boundaries. How you express yourself in the world.
What makes this work distinctive is that none of it stays internal. It shows up in how you carry your energy, how you read the people around you, how you spend your time, and yes, in how you present yourself and the spaces you build. Every dimension of how you show up is identity, made visible.
