Over twenty years in corporate leadership, people development, and complex organisational change, alongside formal training in coaching methods, human behaviour, NLP, and personal styling, taught me one thing above everything else: when you are clear on who you are, everything else begins to align.

I've had to redefine myself more times than I can count, across decades, countries, and versions of myself that no longer fit, and every time the work was the same. Getting back to who I actually am underneath everything the world had layered on top. That's the territory I work in, and it isn't abstract. It's the most practical work there is.
