As a Personal Identity Coach, I have created the podcast ‘All Things Identity’ to showcase the many incredible and inspiring stories of those who have faced challenge and / or adversity in life calling into question someone’s sense of identity. During this episode, I talk to Scarlett Harvey, now an impressive world record holder and world champion in weightlifting. However, Scarlett’s journey to these inspiring achievements hasn’t been easy.
Scarlett has suffered her fair share of female health problems such as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) as well as encountering an early onset of perimenopause which leaves her chances of having children now in question. During this episode, we visit these painful topics with a great deal of fascinating insight into the vast number of experiences and symptoms a woman goes through during these conditions.
Not to mention Scarlett’s incredible change in career from school teacher to weightlifting at a world championship level!
