The Approach
My approach to styling and staging is grounded in both design understanding, coupled with property and people insights.
Drawing on my background in interior styling, coaching, and real estate, I focus on how a space will be experienced by its future occupants, whether that’s tenants, buyers, or holiday guests, or clients and customers engaging with a commercial or brand-led environment. Working with investment and lifestyle properties, where styling plays a critical role in first impressions, desirability, and perceived value.
Rather than over-styling or following only trends, the focus is on creating a look and feel that is broadly appealing, functional, and aligned with the property’s location, purpose, and target market. For commercial spaces, this includes ensuring the environment reflects brand identity, positioning, and the experience the business wants to convey. The aim is always to help people imagine themselves in the space, comfortably and effortlessly.
Working Together
Each styling or staging project begins with a clear understanding of how the property will be used and who it is intended for. From there, I curate a cohesive scheme that supports flow, usability, and visual impact, while remaining practical for ongoing use.
I manage the styling process with clarity and efficiency, coordinating selections and installation so that the property is delivered ready for occupation, photography, or viewings, without unnecessary complexity.

Why This Works
Styling is most effective when it enhances a space without overpowering it. By combining an eye for detail with an understanding of buyer and tenant behaviour, and the intent behind how a property is meant to be lived in or positioned, I help position properties to feel welcoming, aspirational, and immediately liveable, therefore supporting stronger engagement and faster decisions.
